The world football (or soccer) star, Argentinian Lionel Messi, who has just received his sixth golden ball during his successful career and is considered the best player in the world, acquired a luxurious condominium in Porsche Design Tower, a fabulous oceanfront 60-story building located in Sunny Isles Beach, worth 5 million dollars.

The Real Deal newspaper, specializing in real estate, revealed that the Argentinian super star acquired the 4705 ocean view unit in the unique condominium tower located at 18555 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami. According to sources, the sale of the luxury apartment was negotiated at the end of last month by the developer, Dezer Platinum Realty.

Messi, whose career within Barcelona could culminate in 2021, has already received offers from Inter Miami, the Major League Soccer team that will be led by former British footballer David Beckham, according to information released by Catalunya Ràdio.

The contract of the 32-year-old forward of FC Barcelona expires in 2021, so it is believed that perhaps he could choose the city of Miami as a residence, if he reaches an agreement with Beckham’s team and does not renew his contract with the Catalan team.
