O grande corredor chamado de Biscayne Line inclue \u00e1rvores, bancos, arte, parques e seria uma \u00e1rea completamente p\u00fablica, representando um avan\u00e7o no desenvolvimento urbano e na acessibilidade de pedestres nos arredores do bairro.<\/div>\n<div>Um estudo encomendado pela Arquitectonica tra\u00e7ou as condi\u00e7\u00f5es atuais de \u00e1reas frente-\u00e1gua onde seriam mais f\u00e1ceis de implementar o projeto e outras \u00e1reas onde seria mais dif\u00edcil.<\/div>\n<div>A Biscayne Line seria ramificada a partir dos dois parques que j\u00e1 est\u00e3o sendo constru\u00eddos na regi\u00e3o: Icon Bay Park e o Paraiso Park e iria cobrir toda a frente da ba\u00eda desde o Arbert Pallot Park ao Museum Park.<\/div>\n<div>A an\u00e1lise feita pela Arquitectonica mostra que uma parte significativa da futura Biscayne Line j\u00e1 existe ou est\u00e1 sendo constru\u00edda.
