Hallandale-Hollywood

Hallandale / Hollywood is a suburban beach front community part of Broward County, located south of Fort Lauderdale and north of Miami. Established as a town in 1927, Hallandale was born as a farming community and the name was officially changed to Hallandale Beach in 1999. Today, this charming town is one of the most upcoming areas in South Florida, and an extremely popular destination for tourists and seasonal residents.

The city offers very affordable luxury condominiums with spectacular views, easy access to international airports and close proximity to fabulous Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood. One of these exclusive residential projects is Beachwalk, with 300 oceanfront units facing the Ocean.
