North Bay Village

The city has easy access to beaches, international airports, Downtown Miami and Broward county. Neighbouring cities include El Portal, Indian Creek, Miami Beach, Miami Shores and Surfside.

While North Bay Village was integrated as a City in 1945, Treasure Island and Harbor Island were incorporated some years later. During its early years, North Bay Village was a haven for winter residents widely known for its popular restaurants and nightclubs, which attracted celebrities like Frank Sinatra and Judy Garland. Today, the city has grown into a lush neighborhood of attractive single-family residences and year-round residents.

Harbor Island and Treasure Island were created after dredging and filling during the mid 1940's, Harbor Island features primarily multi-family buildings. Treasure Island is a mixture of single family and multi-family residences, and the streets names in the area were drawn from Robert Louis Stevenson’s novel, which is a fun fact.

The condominiums are all surrounded by great views and water and feature extraordinary amenities. With the city so close and the best first-class restaurants of South Florida you’ll never want to leave.
