Miami World Center Update 2023, presented by Vanessa Grisalez
In this article, we’ll introduce you to a place in the city where we’ve seen the most growth and transformation lately… the Miami World Center.
This new city, within the city, in the northern part of Downtown Miami, is the second largest development in the United States after the famous “Hudson Yards” in New York.
We’re talking about 27 acres, and the development of 300,000 square feet of luxury residential, hotel, retail, and entertainment like we never saw before in Miami, and in South Florida.
We have a growing list of stores that have opened, are opening or will soon be present at the Miami World Center
The open-air mall will have a variety of renowned brands to cater to all shoppers, some of the ones that have confirmed their presence are Sephora, Ray Ban, Lululemon, and the fantastic electric car brand “Lucid Motors”, and rumors are circulating, although we can’t confirm just yet, an Apple store, among other fine retail shops in the works of signing leases.
There will be a large food court, and a meeting space, already finished, called the “jewel box”, where a giant screen will project to its shoppers for future events. A variety of sports bars are planned to be part of it, and outdoor art will grace its space, like the historical globe located in one of the pedestrian streets, plus a lot more to come.
Dining options are also expanding, with more and more restaurants and cafes opening in this area.
Currently we already have a French restaurant with Michelin stars, Brassiere Laurel, and next to it, a prestigious cigar bar, called Vecino. We will also soon enjoy Earls & Kitchen Bar, and “Sports & Social”, among several confirmed names with signed lease spaces.
We have many multifamily rental apartment building options currently, and several are under construction.
The first was Caoba, which is currently finishing its second tower. Also Bezel in front of the Miami Heat stadium, and two future spectacular glass towers called the “Miami World Towers”.
The train to Orlando with the Brightline trains are already a reality, this is a great advance not only locally, but also for the entire United States.
Finally, the Brightline station is completed, this train connection that we were eagerly awaiting for, connects conveniently via luxury train, Miami to Orlando. This will boost local and international tourism to our city, and is great achievement at the national level, since we do not have a great railway infrastructure, but finally, this is changing.
Our first Hotel is the trendy Citizen M, recently completed, and in the future “Legacy Miami World Center”, which will be one of the tallest buildings in Downtown..
The condominium options are also spectacular, we currently have Paramount Miami World Center, but soon we will have many more luxury options
The Paramount tower was the first luxury condo residential building to be built in 2019, when we had virtually no development around it. Today more cutting edge residential condominiums are being designed and planned, like no other area in Florida.
Legacy Miami World Center will be a spectacular mixed-use tower, with a hotel, luxury condominium, convention center and medical center…
We will also enjoy 600 Miami World Center, Crosby at the Miami World Center, which has already begun construction, 501 First Residences, Natiivo, 601 Miami which will soon be delivered, and 2 more buildings coming soon… these luxury residential buildings have been completely sold in the pre-construction phase, and have the amazing short-term rental capability.
